J8de Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and j8de ("Platform", "We", "j8de"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, software, and all services provided by j8de.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the j8de platform, you expressly confirm that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions;
• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You agree to comply with all terms set out herein;
• You are using the j8de platform of your own free will and are fully responsible for your own decisions.

To register and use the j8de platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: At least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Nationality/Residency: Individuals residing in or citizens of Malaysia who are eligible;
• Legal capacity: Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not a j8de employee: j8de staff, their immediate family members, and affiliated companies are not permitted to register as regular members;
• Not blacklisted: Never previously banned or blacklisted by j8de.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. j8de reserves the right to verify all information provided and to request supporting documents — including your ID card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement — at any time.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at j8de at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different phone numbers, or different devices — is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keep your password and account login credentials confidential;
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether carried out by you or by any other person;
• Notify j8de immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that the personal information in your account remains current and accurate.

J8de will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party, should you fail to take reasonable security measures to protect your login credentials.

J8de only processes deposits through approved and legitimate payment methods. The currently accepted methods are:

All deposits must be made using a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. j8de does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits made through another person's account may be frozen pending completion of the verification process.

J8de reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for any deposit exceeding RM 10,000 within a 24-hour period, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering laws in Malaysia.

Withdrawals from your j8de account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction;
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name;
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require additional identity verification before it is processed;
• The maximum withdrawal limit is RM 50,000 per day for standard accounts and higher for VIP members;
• Any bonus or promotional credit must meet the minimum wagering requirements before it can be withdrawn.

J8de will endeavour to process all valid withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for standard accounts, and faster for VIP members. However, actual processing times may vary depending on the bank or digital wallet provider involved.

J8de offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the respective promotional terms;
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated;
• Validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus not used within the specified period will expire automatically;
• Wagering period: Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe, which is typically between 7 and 30 days;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Different games may contribute 100%, 50%, or less;
• Betting limits while a bonus is active: A single bet placed while a bonus is active must not exceed RM 200 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower.

The j8de VIP Rewards Programme offers seven membership tiers. VIP points are accumulated based on total wager amount and can be redeemed for a range of rewards. j8de reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, point accumulation rates, and redemption values at any time with reasonable notice to members.

All games on the j8de platform — including Live Casino, blackjack, baccarat, roulette, Poker, table games, football betting (EPL, Malaysia Super League), badminton, and more — are subject to their respective game rules as displayed on the platform.

General principles applicable to all games on j8de:

• All game outcomes are final once the relevant round is complete;
• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be resolved in accordance with j8de's technical disruption policy, as outlined in the FAQ section;
• J8de uses a certified RNG (Random Number Generator) system for all software-based games to ensure complete fairness;
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final;
• For Sports Betting, the official ruling of the relevant sporting body is final, unless a proven technical error or significant mistake has occurred.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the j8de platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Fraud & manipulation: Any attempt to cheat, manipulate, or exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the j8de system;
• Money laundering: Using the j8de platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity;
• Use of automated software: Using bots, automated software, AI, or any other unfair means to gain an advantage in gameplay;
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games, particularly in poker;
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using dishonest methods to claim bonuses repeatedly;
• Disruption: Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully towards other players, dealers, or j8de staff;
• Chargeback: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback against a deposit that has already been used for gameplay.

J8de takes our social responsibility to the Malaysian player community seriously. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and recreation — not a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

J8de provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling habits:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings;
• Loss Limit: Set a limit on the total losses you are willing to absorb within a given period;
• Self-Exclusion: Choose to stop playing for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or permanently;
• Check Game History: View the complete history of all your transactions and gaming activity.

J8de reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Identity verification failed or information provided was found to be inaccurate;
• Activity indicating fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities;
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion purposes;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

To close your account at your own request, please contact j8de customer support. All valid remaining balances will be returned to you once the verification process is complete, provided no terms have been violated.

All content, designs, software, logos, trademarks, trade names, images, text, and other materials on the j8de platform are the exclusive property of j8de or its licensors. These materials are protected under Malaysian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, redistribute, republish, sell, or exploit any content from the j8de platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from j8de.

J8de shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the j8de platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from gaming or betting activities;
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond j8de's control;
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party due to your own negligence;
• Decisions made based on information on the j8de platform that proved inaccurate due to a technical error.

J8de reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the j8de platform.

It is your responsibility to review this Terms & Conditions page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Your continued use of the j8de platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

For material and significant amendments, j8de will endeavour to notify members in advance via email or in-platform notification.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between you and j8de shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.

Prior to initiating any legal action, you agree to contact j8de customer support first and allow j8de the opportunity to resolve the dispute within 30 days of the complaint being received.
